Another foreign installation has confirmed the quality of CROSS parking systems. CROSS technology has been chosen to control the movement and parking of vehicles on a new, the second largest stadium in Romania.

The stadium Cluj Arena in Cluj-Napoca is a multipurpose stadium with a capacity of 30 thousand visitors. The new stadium was built on the site of earlier Ion Moina Stadium and was officially opened in October 2011.

Inside the stadium, there are 300 parking spaces located along its perimeter, of which 40 are in a separate section for VIP card holders. The parking is equipped with one entry terminal and two exit terminals. Separate automatic parking barrier is installed for entry and exit of supplies. Other automatic barriers, including card readers, are installed to handle the inner VIP zone.

Payment of parking tickets is provided by the seven automatic pay stations CROSS APT of the latest generation. The parking system is also supplemented by the indicator of occupancy, by the manual checkout and also by the connection to the main control computer for the case of emergency and opening of all gates and barriers.
